RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your FUNZA purchase and use it for years to come. If for any reason you’re not in love, we can provide a direct exchange or a store credit. As all pieces are made to order they are non-refundable.
Please submit your return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return please message us through our Contact Page.
For International Customers our returns process differs. Please message us through our Contact Page within 28 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend insuring your package and obtaining a tracking number, as FUNZA is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to our studio.
Once we have received your parcel and inspected the returned item/s, your exchange or store credit voucher will promptly be issued via email.
FUNZA reserves the right to deny a return that does not meet our returns policy. In the event that a return is received at our studio, which, upon inspection, does not meet our return requirements, we will send back the item to the customer.
Please read product descriptions carefully to fully understand the materials and details when shopping online. Due to the nature of the materials used it is important to understand that there may be variances between online imagery and your unique individual piece.
REPAIR
We want our FUNZA pieces to last you a lifetime and we’ve done everything to produce the most high quality, thoughtfully designed pieces we can—but sometimes things go wrong. If they do, we’d love to help where we can.
If you've cared for your item correctly, and it still hasn’t held up to your life’s requirements, you can send it back to us for free repairs. If you’d prefer to make the repair yourself, we can send you the appropriate supplies. You're buying something that's made to last and we want you to be happy and to love using your Funza pieces as much as possible, for as long as possible.

NON CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Rest assured that we quality check each individual item before packing and sending your orders, however if you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, please send us a message via our CONTACT page so that we can arrange a return via post.
If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair, replacement or refund will be issued promptly.
Return shipping costs of items deemed to have manufacturing faults will be covered by FUNZA.
Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions provided with each order, for all Funza items.
Items deemed damaged due to general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for a return.
General wear and tear includes: tarnished, faded or scratched gold and silver plated items, snapped chains or clasps from rough use, scratched or chipped stones, lost charms.
